Do you take fully customised orders?+
Yes — every piece is made to order. Share your names, language, colours, occasion or a reference and we'll craft it just for you. A design preview is shared for approval before we begin.
How much does a piece cost?+
Prices reflect the craftsmanship, materials and level of customisation, so they vary by piece. We share a quote on request and confirm the final price before the order is placed.
How long does an order take?+
Each item is handcrafted, so timelines vary with the design. We give an estimated completion and dispatch timeline at order confirmation.
How do I confirm an order?+
Orders are confirmed on receipt of an advance or full payment (as agreed). Crafting begins only after payment and design approval.
Do you ship across India?+
Yes, we ship PAN-India with careful, cushioned packaging. Delivery timelines can vary by location and courier.
What is your cancellation / return policy?+
As pieces are handmade and personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once crafting has begun, and returns/refunds are not applicable after production starts. Subtle handmade variations are natural and add to each piece's charm.
