We can certainly take inspiration from your ideas, but we prefer creating unique designs tailored to your requirements rather than making exact copies.

Our products are made using quality materials such as MDF/HDHMR, clay, resin, acrylic colors, and premium quality resin depending on the design.
How should I care for the product?+
Keep it away from excessive moisture and direct rain and sunlight. Wipe gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals. Our products are not for outdoors.
Can I order a gift for someone and have it shipped directly to them?+
Yes! We can ship directly to your recipient. You can also include a personalized gift message.

Yes. Before we begin, we'll share a rough hand-drawn sketch to help you visualize the overall design and layout. As each piece is handcrafted, we do not provide digital illustrations or 3D mockups.
Can I request changes after placing my order?+
We request you to finalize all design details before confirming your order. Since every product is custom-made, changes or additions cannot be accommodated once the work has begun. If any additional customization is feasible before we start, it may be done at an additional cost.
Do you accept urgent orders?+
Yes, we do accept urgent orders, subject to our production schedule and feasibility. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp, and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your timeline. WhatsApp communication would be the quickest.
Will my handmade product look exactly like the photos?+
Yes. We use real photographs of our products without misleading filters, so your order will closely resemble what you see. However, since every piece is individually handcrafted, slight variations and minor imperfections are natural and add to the uniqueness and charm of handmade creations. No two handmade pieces will ever be exactly identical.
How will my order be packed for shipping?+
We use secure three-layer packaging to ensure your order reaches you safely and in excellent condition.
